    • Custom-made products: Due to the unique nature of custom-made products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items.
    • Digital products: Once downloaded or accessed, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • Products showing signs of use: Any product that shows signs of use, wear and tear, or damage will not be eligible for return or refund.

Reasons for Return:

You may return or request a replacement for the following reasons:

  • For all custom request we recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks before products are needed to ensure you received them on time. We do offer Rush request in some cases for a fee, please email us at support@ktgalore.com to inquiry about rush orders.
  • Limited Edition/Custom requested Hoodies, Jogger Sets, and Jackets: Due to the limited availability on limited edition products and handcrafted nature of these items, please allow 7-14 business days for order processing. This timeframe excludes weekends, all holidays, and any unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions, emergencies, or other factors.

Shipping Time:

  • Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping once your order has been processed.
